## Caption

Today is #NationalWomensEqualityDay 🙌 Let's celebrate all of the incredible women who make McGill Athletics and Recreation what it is. Whether they’re student-athletes, coaching, in administration, or running our classes and facilities, they make our department what it is.

For more information on our Women In Sports program, hit the link in our bio. McGill's Women in Sports initiative aims to advance the role of women as athletes, coaches and decision-makers by increasing the number of full-time female coaches and helping female athletes become future leaders.
