I’m really excited about today’s meet results! I’m still recovering from shoulder surgery - but for me, that wasn’t an excuse to stop competing during recovery. So, I swam a 50 yard free one-armed to challenge myself 💪 My time at practice was 33 seconds, but I crushed that today clocking in at 29.26! .
If life pushes you around, push right back! Failure is not falling down, but staying down. Happy swimming everyone 🌊🌊🌊
