Meet Lizzy, Instructional Designer at thisisedapp by SafetyCulture 🎓

Lizzy is responsible for designing training courses for our customers, assisting our APAC clients by providing design consultation and advice, and conducting product demos.

As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, it's important to Lizzy that her workplace fosters an inclusive culture that celebrates Pride. Not just during WorldPride, which kicks off today in Sydney – but year-round. 

"I think the biggest way that SafetyCulture celebrates pride is just through indiscriminately hiring LGBTQIA+ people. Seeing colleagues that are “out” and succeeding in their roles is inspiring, but also comforting to me, and I’m sure to other members of our community. 

I would say to anyone from the LBGTQIA+ community who is considering joining the SafetyCulture team that you will find people here who will acknowledge you and accept you."
