Meet Louise 👋 Deputy Executive Director of Health & Safety at Australia’s largest public transport infrastructure project, Sydney Metro.

By leveraging iAuditor by SafetyCulture, Louise helped Sydney Metro pivot to the demands of the pandemic by developing a COVID safe checklist that integrated with a power.bi dashboard to track levels of compliance across the workforce.

"Always challenge the status quo. COVID created the platform that demonstrated how we could adapt and implement a different work environment very rapidly. We threw out the rule book of pondering, planning, workshopping, testing and piloting and replaced it with action, experimentation and iteration."
