So, big news over here at Huck this week! As many of you know we had some serious issues a few weeks back with FedEx damage a number of bikes (none have arrived back yet!!) so we started building wooden crates and shipping with UPS. Well Saturday we got the call from another customer and these pictures. They managed to break through 1/4” plywood, break the support frame and tear an entire panel off. We are done. As of today, I’m happy to announce we are now shipping via Haul Bikes. Roll on and roll off bike carrier. Less that .5% damage rate. Your bikes will not be damaged during shipping!! I won’t have it. #dowhatsright
