Former American Media CEO David Pecker was the first witness Tuesday for the prosecution in former President Trump's hush money trial. Pecker testified about a "catch-and-kill" scheme created by himself, Trump and Trump's ex-fixer Michael Cohen. The scheme involved the "National Enquirer" burying negative stories about Trump, amplifying negative ones about opponents and boosting his positive stories. Former Judge Thomas Moukawsher discusses the testimony and trial on "NewsNation Now."
