## Caption

The last time the #Vikings started 0-2 & made the playoffs was 2008. Oddly enough, those first two losses were to the same teams, the Packers & Colts. The Vikings ended up winning the #nfcnorth that year & earned a post season birth. We know it’s been a terrible start, but hang in there Vikings fans, it’s been done before!

Here are some notes from Week 2 📝 

-Predictable playcalling, would like to see more creativity & pre snap motion

-Mike Hughes looked more aggressive/had a few nice hits.

-Jeff Gladney a little shaky in press coverage, but showed some promising flashes.

-NEED to account for opposing TE’s better.... Mo Alie-Cox destroyed us.

-Great to see a few big defensive plays from Ngakoue & Eric Wilson.

-Lost battle on the line of scrimmage all game. Defensive line has been ineffective so far. 

-NEED more explosive plays. Would like to see us go downfield earlier on in drives.

-Justin Jefferson needs to get more touches. He has made a few tough catches & is ready for a bigger workload. Thielen needs help out there

-Time of possession once again killed us

-Cousins staring down receivers/making poor reads at times.

-Impressive hurdle attempt from Mattison

-Jeff Gladney clamped T.Y. On corner route (3rd & 7).

-Multiple blown coverages

-Soft man coverage proving to be non-effective

-Need more exotic blitz packages on D... 4 man rush is not getting it done. 

-Dru Samia struggling to anchor in pass protection, overpowered multiple times.

-Just paid Dalvin, LETS USE HIM

-Offense is frequently behind the chains. Need more yards on 1st & 2nd down.

-Where’s Irv Smith? Get Him the damn ball

Hopefully we see some drastic improvements next week. SKOL
