Today, we challenge you Ladyballers to DIVERSIFY YOUR IG FEED 📲 If we don’t follow and surround ourselves with others who are unlike us, how will we ever evolve, grow and learn? 🙌🏽🙌🏿🙌🏻 It is crucial for all of us to empathize with others’ experiences and a simple and effective step towards doing so is following more accounts of people unlike ourselves.

🙌🏾We compiled a list of 25 successful and empowering black or POC #Ladyballers in the athletic world with different stories who are equally as important to hear and uplift (tell us who you want us to add to the list!!!) If you don’t follow them already, you’ll quickly find that these women are just as and if not more empowering, smart, strong and talented.
