Thankful for a cocktail thats easier to drink than it is to make. Bubbly, booze forward, slightly sweet and a light spicy finish from the rye - this cocktail definitely checks all the boxes to please the masses.

- 2oz 10th Mountain Rye
- .75oz St. Germain
- 1 Dash floral bitters (optional)
- 3oz Ginger beer
- 1 Lime wedge

Shake and top with ginger beer!
