Something about me... (if you don’t know it already from our vlogs) I am and always have been SUPER anxious... I have a hard time sitting still and not to mention I’m a hypochondriac... My faith has played a HUGE role in finding peace through it all. Thank God! 🙏🏼 Throughout my life I have tried different medications and natural remedies to support my peaceful mindset. Since we have discovered @youngliving essential oils we have found so many ways to improve our lifestyle in becoming a more natural family. I want to highlight one of my go to EO’s “Vetiver”. 1) I use it as a cologne. It smells freakin good and Lex loves it. 2) It has really helped me with all the junk I mentioned above. I know God made everything with a purpose... essential oils have been around since the beginning and serve such a great purpose.
