Many people don’t know this about me but…

I used to have a speech impediment growing up and went through many years of speech therapy throughout my elementary school years…this definitely started my journey with anxiety and feeling self conscious about how I sounded and looked in front of people.

I couldn’t say S’s and R’s, literally the two main letters in my own name😅

Because of this, I kept myself small…I stayed shy and had major anxiety talking to people one on one and even worse, when I had to speak in front of a group or class

And now…life looks a lot different for me. I could have stayed in that negative mindset that I wasn’t good enough, that anything I would say would sound stupid or why try to put myself out there anyway?

But I learned that this insecurity I grew up with would turn out to be the biggest obstacle to overcome to help me in my biz + personal life❤️

Now I get told “man you make it look so easy to show up on social media and be yourself” and “wow, how are you so comfortable talking in front of the camera”

Many years of self development, learning to embrace my individuality and get comfortable with myself definitely helped me on this journey…along with some other tools that I practice daily!❤️

A lot of us play small and hide because the fear of being seen and what others will say…but until we overcome that, you’ll be holding yourself back from all of the infinite opportunities that could change your biz and your life❤️

I know this because of my personal experience and now it’s time to help others in my upcoming Aura Academy💫
