What can I say my man can straight up Fly!!! Here is a quick recap of some key exercise I programmed for Nylo to build and progress his running mechanics. With some minor tweaks that will improve his energy efficiency and minimize wasted movement (energy leaks) Nylo’s going to continue to see increased performance and be way ahead of his competition.
