“Carter had an outstanding summer which brought our attention to him. He had 4 top ten finishes in several elite events including qualifying for the pga Jr. Boys Championship. Shooting three scores under par at the PGA really got our attention. Once we were able to get him to visit Madison I felt a great connection with him and the future he could have here. He has gained valuable experience this summer that will help him adjust to college golf quickly. I look forward to watching him progress when he joins the squad next fall."
