Today, on Stop Food Waste Day, we’re proud to reaffirm our commitment to sustainability and reducing food waste. We’re passionate about making a positive impact, which is why we’ve equipped our kitchens with progressive and innovative technology to revolutionize our approach to food waste management. 

The smart camera on top of our waste bin is connected to a scale, and it recognizes and registers what food is being tossed, in what quantity, and at what time of the day. We are able to track food waste in real-time, and use this data to make informed decisions to assist in minimizing unnecessary waste.
