17 yr. old shiva_rajbhandari ,  babevote Youth Director testified today against 2 voter suppression bills at Idaho’s House State Affairs hearing. Shiva has served as a poll worker & elections judge. His experience informed him that HB439 & HB537 are unnecessary &, if passed, would suppress citizens’ right to vote.
