99-2000, True Freshman Year wfuniversity #tbt

On the balcony of a wfuniversity dormitory, third floor, 92 degrees. Gold chain around my neck, Sweat pouring down my back like a rush of white waters from Niagara Falls. Deb (a custodian at The University) braids my hair on a Tuesday afternoon. Through the speakers in my dorm windows... blast the sweet & classical sounds of Jay-z’s “Life & Times of Shawn Carter Volume 3” followed by Juvenile’s “400 Degrees”. Collegiate Hours... Those were the days, It comes & go so fast!  At this point of my life, I had one mission... to make it to the nfl in the next two years. As Deb braids my hair, the conversation flows about the dreams & aspirations of the mission. The process... preparation & execution. Fast forward... Unfortunately that mission was shattered... do to a devastating injury, which (later in life) birthed other opportunities (including the entrance to the world of entrepreneurship). One thing about life, it is unpredictable. Sometimes we are hit unexpectedly, causing damages & pain. When that day comes... embrace it, regroup, recover, then go head first at your mission! 
To the Culture, The process is not easy but it is not difficult as you might think; You have the potential to do whatever you want in life; Never quit & keep striving for greatness. BEAST BEHAVIOR lives in you.
