A dynamic RB does more than just run "between the tackles", I teach my RB's to be multi-dimensional. However, a RB's duty is to carry the weight (The Rock🏈) of the team. This drill is designed for my RB to efficiently change directions & cut on command while protecting the rock (High & Tight). He must finish with an explosive burst (acceleration) at the end. #RBwork#BEASTbehavior
