This recipe from juliaheff was too good not to post! The chicken thighs melted with the spring-forward citrus, yet surprisingly creamy sauce incorporating lemon juice and zest, artichokes, garlic, white wine, and broth. I paired with some simple air-fried diced potatoes and an extra squeeze of lemon 🍋
