 RECIPE: 
- Yellowtail Snapper (Sub for your favorite ceviche friendly fish if unavailable) 
- Tostadas 
- Guacamole 
- Limes (or lime juice) 
- Cilantro 
- Avocado 
- Onions 
- Tomatoes 
- Jalapeño Peppers 
- Garlic Powder 
- Onion Powder 
- Salt and Pepper

 DIRECTIONS: 
- Finely chop your onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, and avocado. 
- Cut your fish into small pieces to be mixed with fresh vegetables. 
- Mix your onions, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños, avocados, lime juice, and yellowtail. Season to your preference. 
- Top your tostadas with guacamole (home made or store bought) and layer on the ceviche! 
- ENJOY !!
