Short for Infant Self Rescue, ISR is offered to children as young as 6 months teaching them how to float, rest, and breathe (self-rescue), until help arrives.⁠

Unlike common swim lessons, sessions are one-on-one private lessons that take place 10 minutes 3 to 5 days a week for 6 to 8 weeks.
