Dennis Ombachi (the_roamingchef), Kenyan rugby player, is demonstrating that his kids are water safe after taking a 4-week session called Infant Self-Rescue, also knows as ISR. For 10 minutes everyday for 4 weeks, children between the ages of 2 months to 2 years old are taught how to save themselves and float on their backs in the event of a water accident.
