Sharing one of my contrast sessions from the other day. Contrast training provides in-season athletes with a comprehensive and efficient training approach that enhances performance, reduces the risk of injury, and promotes continual progress throughout the competitive season. 1.⁠ ⁠Enhanced Performance: Contrast training helps in-season athletes improve their strength, power, speed, and agility, which are crucial for success in competitive sports.
