Ghosts, goblins, and ghouls, oh my! There are a lot of scares on #Halloween but we don’t want pet safety to be one of them. 

Here’s how to Include your pets in on the Halloween fun while also keeping safety in mind: 

🎃 Chocolate and sugar-free substitute xylitol top the list of sweets that should NEVER be given to dogs or cats. Make sure a pet can't get to them when your back is turned!
🎃 Pet costumes may be cute but be aware of any easily detachable accessories such as buttons or tassels. Bandanas are a cute and safe option!
🎃 Trick-or-treaters means lots of doorbell ringing. If this stresses your pet out, create a safe, comfortable space for them in the home and try a non-doorbell-ringing alternative for trick-or-treaters that come to the door.
