Know this: if you’ve felt the weight of infertility, you’re not alone! It’s a journey filled with emotions and heartbreak and explaining this painful journey to those who haven’t walked this path can be challenging.

But here’s the silver lining: today, there’s an abundance of resources and support groups waiting to walk alongside you.  Take the step to seek them out; you deserve the comfort and understanding they offer.

During my own journey, there were countless moments when I questioned if I could continue. Yet, the unexpected support and encouragement from strangers kept me moving forward past every failed cycle, miscarriage and tears. Remember to prioritize your mental well-being. You’re worth it. 🧡
