grantstuard - My brother. You were LITERALLY the first player in this entire recruiting process that I reached out to way back in October of 2019. I remember watching a random game and there was just this dude who was flying all over the field, looking like a super saiyan or sum with his hair coming out the back of his helmet and just goin crazy. I could see the passion on every tackle, and I was like yeah, he DIFFERENT. ⁣

It didn’t take long to notice that you were entirely about God. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Christ was, and is, your everything, and that’s rare man. I continued to learn about your story, how much you’ve been through. Having to raise your siblings while still figuring out your own life, having to overcome all of the odds, parental absence, surgery, being “too small” as some would say. The more I got to know you, the more it just became clear, you’re a GSA guy, through and through. ⁣

I remember when I sat down to have that final meeting with you and your fam, I had no pen, no paper, no presentation. Just my Bible, and a God given vision. We chopped it up, had some real talk discussions, and no later than an hour after I left that table, you told me you were rocking w us. Man, I was over the moon bruh!!!! You became our 1st client of this draft class , and I promised you then, the same thing I promise you still, I will always give you my all, and I will always be there for you and Josie. ⁣

I am just simply amazed at how this has all happened. So many teams were PLAYING AROUND! Like I told you before the draft, when push comes to shove, we always goin see who REAL and who fake ! & one thing about it, when you’re called, when you’re CHOSEN, God always goin come through! Even if it’s at the very last moment, LITERALLY, He always goin make a way, because He IS THE WAY. ⁣

I know this caption is long, but so has been the journey. This is only a step, but a major one at that. I’m grateful to have played a small part in creating this moment for you and your family, but know, there’s many more to come. 💯⁣
