Run, don’t walk to plunj.co. 

This was my experience of my first session at Plunj and it was INCREDIBLE. 

If you’ve been interested in trying out an #IceBath, this is a great place to try! 

They’ve got a sauna, two ice baths and plenty of benefits. 

For my session I did the following cycle three times. 

1. 12 Minutes in Sauna
2. 3 Minutes in Ice Bath (44 Degrees)
3. 5 Minutes of rest. 

If you’re in #UtahCounty you definitely gotta try plunj.co at least once. You won’t regret it.
