Changing Pace - Putting defender under the level of the Ball Screen is key

One way to split is to "in and out quick tap split" - in and out quick with ball shifting big up hill just a step keeping the ball close to the ground while tapping it hard with right hand and slide crossing to the left 
Finish move is what we call "runaway floater" - avoiding a change without changing your pace - slide off to the side while shooting your floater
