#TBT YankLife - I can't stand the not "Game Realistic" it's about being comfortable with the ball so you can get by anyone at any given time and have such a quick and explosive handle that when you need change direction there is no thought you just react - are you going to dribble this many times in a game? No .. But your also not going to sit in the same spot and Shoot 30 jumpers with a guy under the rim throwing u the ball back under the rim - but we do that... Why? Because it's about getting reps and being comfortable and gaining confidence and getting better #GameRealistic #DefineIt #GetSkilled #GetReps #GetBetter
