This is a drill that focuses on maintaining great pocket stance as we work through our progression: 
Quarterback will start in the base that they feel most comfortable. On the clap or movement indicator you will rotate 90 degrees from target landing in their throwing base with their eyes taking them to the target. They will immediately snap back eyes tying to their feet to target and throw to the wr. 
For a more difficult version of this drill on the the return from your target do not let your front foot hit the ground until the stride to target.

This is a complex drill focusing on three primary quarterback movements: 
Shuffle - at all times while shuffling we need to keep the distance of our feet consistent and our eyes level. 
Conflict Climb - the action of climbing in the pocket protecting the ball from the defender and quickly reestablishing base and balance. 
Kickback Reset - this is an action that creates space in the pocket as well as a great movement on double move or second progression throws on quick game.
