## Caption

Finally had some time to reflect on the first tournament of 2022.☺️

This sport can be unpredictable– in this case a few teams dropped out last minute giving us an opportunity to compete on the world stage wearing the USA jersey. 🇺🇸 

Fast decisions were made and executed to somehow make it to our match with less than 24 hours notice. 🤯 

We had an overwhelming amount of support to make it all possible for us to be able to just show up and play hard. I am still so filled up with gratitude from that!! 💫

Lost a close match to Germany, but am feeling so so proud of the way we competed despite the circumstances, and feeling SO hopeful and excited for what’s to come the rest of season. 🙌🏼

And with that we learn, we grow, and we get ready because there’s a lot more to come. 🤩
