One consistent focus I’ve had the past few months is letting go of the things that are outside my control. 🤲🏼

Life can often be overwhelming and chaotic with others opinions cluttering the mind, but I am the only one who can let something affect my inner peace. It is a conscious and practiced decision to remain composed under stress. 

The best way I’ve found clarity in honing in on what I can control is a daily gratitude practice. 🌻
