Small steps everyday, will add up. 

I often need reminders that progress is about being consistent and creating habits more than anything else. 

The work isn’t always fun, but I find that the challenge is. That challenge between you and yourself to see just where that edge of potential is. 
That part is addicting. 👏🏼

So many girls out there putting work in right now, I see you!! 
This community of hard working women with goals of improvement is so incredibly inspiring to be around and I am grateful to be a part of something so special. 🥰 These are times I know I will look back on one day and miss training like this. 

Here’s to the not so glorious, behind the scenes early mornings and gritty work that makes all the difference. 🥳
