Congratulations to Cardinal alumna Grace Luczak for her official invite to USRowing Olympic Sweep Selection Camp! #tokyo202one 

🎓 Grace was a Human Biology major at Stanford and graduated with the class of 2011

💪🏼 She’s currently training with the usrowing women’s national team as a Tokyo 202One teamusa hopeful. She just went back east after spending the winter at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California ☀️

🌲 SWC Highlights: She’s a 2009 NCAA CHAMPION. Her favorite memory is when the whole team rushed the dock (nearly sinking it) after the V8 won the National Championship, cinching Stanford for the team championship, too. 

🌎 Grace is a WORLD RECORD HOLDER in the W8+ (set in 2013 in Lucerne, Switzerland)

🇺🇸 She raced for teamusa in the 2016 Rio Olympics in the W2-, placing 4th with her teammate Felice Mueller

🔁 Fun fact: Grace transferred to Stanford after her freshman year from another institution! “It was the best decision. I made so many friends I still keep in touch with to this day.”

🤝 Grace spent some time post-Rio working in acquisitions & marketing at Ernst & Young. She also worked for the startup hydrow, where she started training again!
