In an urgent call for action, greenpeace_canada activists deployed a massive banner right next to the venue where delegates are negotiating, sending a critical message to governments from 2.4 million people around the world🌏

PEOPLE OVER POLLUTERS: CUT ✂️ PLASTIC PRODUCTION NOW! 99% of plastic is made from oil and gas; it is driving the climate crisis and harming our health. And if industry gets its way, they will water down the treaty so that plastic production triples by 2040!
