Former Morehousetrackxc athlete Coach1Coleman joined us to share his journey of taking up Shot Put during his early years of being an athlete. He also shares his outlook on the importance of community and mentorship and how it has impacted him throughout his career as an athlete and coach.

Since graduating from Morehouse1867, Montavius is now the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator at his former high school, Southwest DeKalb High in Decatur, GA. He is also a track & field coach, founder of Clubrpx, and most importantly a father! 💬💛
