Healing comes in a variety of forms…and it’s necessary for becoming that next level version of yourself in your business and in life❤️

Working with one of my one on one clients the last few days has me reflecting on how much progress we made when we started looking at her unique journey and how’s she’s been able to build her businesses from the ground up through all of life’s trials and tribulations 💫

And now, as she’s actively working on her healing journey…she’s finding that she is coming back home to herself and her truth!✨

She’s being clear with communicating her needs in relationships with clients and friends #speakyourtruth

Setting boundaries with clients and friends #setthoseboundaries 

She is releasing any negative self talk + beliefs about herself and any judgements she’s made about who she is based on others’ opinions of her #releasetheshame 

And she is releasing any fears, hesitations and self doubt about growing into this next level CEO boss babe that can accomplish her big dreams and build a life she is proud to have❤️ #releasethefear 

This is BIG!

When we start to focus inwards and start prioritizing our needs, we can start focusing on our healing journey to overcome these blocks. We can grow and build the life we’ve always dreamed of while finding balance + fulfilment in so many ways💫
