Starting tomorrow (May 1st) UA is hosting a 30 Day Mobility Challenge to help keep our members healthy even when they’re not in the gym‼️💪🏼
Join us as we increase mobility, flexibility & of course movement time during the day‼️
This challenge ends on May 30th, a winner will be chosen from a raffle of all the athletes that completed ALL 30 days (if you hit 25 that counts too! 😊)
