The fate of two birth control access measures are in Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin's hands, though he is likely to block them.

The governor has until May 17 to act on two pieces of legislation that would make access to contraception like condoms and birth control pills a legal right in Virginia and that would require health insurance carriers to provide coverage for similar contraceptives.
