Deanna, our January 2023 #IAMbSHEmoth. Deanna is a force, a pleasure to have in the gym and all-in for what she signed up for. ⚡️

Deanna is strong, confident and consistent. 🔥

It wasn't always that way. Before she joined BGYM she struggled with developing a routine she felt good about. She wasn’t held accountable at big box gyms because no one there cared. Who even wants to commit to that? No one. 

When she found Behemoth, she found more than a gym. 

✅She found a group of people invested in bettering their life, not just physically but mentally too. 

✅She found a routine that she could fit to her schedule. Her time, her choice. 

✅She found coaches invested in her, who prioritize safety and meet her where she’s at as they work together toward her goals.

And it’s not just about the physical gains. She’s gained mental clarity, accountability and commitment. Which has a domino effect on all areas of life. We see it happen often inside our walls. 💪
