Commitment is more than a mood. It's a choice, an act. You're in, or you're not. 

A few years ago, Tim was tired, demoralized and never worked out. He decided he was tired of being tired and found BGym. 

It took grit, guts and courage for Tim to commit but he made the leap and has never looked back. 💪

Now, he has the strength to keep up with his 19-year-old son. He hikes and climbs mountains. He's training for a marathon. 

Now, he has a place he visits each week with enthusiasm and determination. 

 Now Tim is committed and reaping the benefits. In his words, "I feel renewed and refreshed, ready to truly live an active and fulfilling life."

You can have all the desire in the world, but commitment is key to the success you seek. Are you in? Or out? ⚡
