sugar crusted vegan strawberry shortcakes 🍓anyone else ready for berry season to get here?!

These strawberry shortcakes have ripe in season berries, a buttery biscuit like shortcake and creamy coconut whipped cream on top 😍

My husband and I recently moved from NC where it was warm, sunny and already strawberry season, to PA where we are a few months behind in terms of weather & produce. But that means I get to celebrate strawberry season twice! Cant wait for berries to be in season up here in a month or so 👏 you bet I’m going to make these shortcakes
