Our Good Vibes Wellness Retreat was one of my very favorite retreats ever!  I’ve been hosting retreats since 2017 and decided to switch it up inviting bodybykatie_mwf to join along side me  We also had a  special sleep expert guest laurilynn  Our retreat was “wellness” for the first time vs just yoga  This will definitely be our new format as the variety was off the charts valuable.  We did hiking, yoga, bootcamp, shopping, hot tubbing, stretching, mediation, a sleep workshop with sleep study, a nutrition workshop…  The property was incredible! Loved having our favorite private chef Katelyn with us.  We received rave reviews with a lot asking when we are having the next one.
