My freshman year of college I weighed 100lbs. I was skinny, weak, never went to the gym, but I thought I was in shape. Now I probably weigh closer to 120lbs, I'm fit, strong and I'm healthy. Skinny doesn't always equal healthy. Skinny hardly ever equals strong. I'm in love with my progress and where I am today.
