It’s world mental health day.  It’s so important to recognise that we all have to look after our brains and recognise anxiety, a hard thing, I know. And something I am happy to admit, like so many others, I don’t always master. Weirdly enough right out of the blue I have felt a bit low today, for no reason at all.  So look out for others, listen to your pals, listen to strangers and never forget to reach out for help & look after your brain.
Here’s what I do to look after mine; talk to my wonderful husband f1elvis about it, I try and eat well, and walk these two special pups every morning.  I truly believe we shouldn’t bring up our kids to believe they always have to be happy, I try and teach mine not to worry and to let them know it’s ok to feel blue.
