We brag about our team. Alot. Our Tribe is the most incredible group of athletes…and humans. They amaze us each day as we feel privileged to be a small part of their journey. 

When you have a group of individuals as impressive as ours, it’s no wonder the leadership comes from within and drives an impeccable culture we’d put up against any other in the country. 

We had quite a special group of Freshmen join our Tribe this year and we wonder how we can be so lucky. But is is really luck?  Maybe our team has created such a phenomenal environment that we are able to easily identify those rockstars who will fit right in?  Or perhaps it’s a result of the recruiting visits when the current players bond the most with the special ones destined to choose the Tribe?

Whatever the reason, it seems to be a bit self perpetuating and receiving this gift from our favorite froshies today just gave us all the feels. They BELONG here and have spent a year being mentored and led by some of the best young ladies we know., while also already putting their stamp on our program. We feel so lucky that WE GET TO, with all of you, every single day.
