Wanna know what the pre-season feels like?  Week 1 for incoming freshman graceesampson:  led the team in the Bangsbo fitness assessment, a rare accomplishment for an incoming player; by day 5, ice bags in lieu of an ice bath are a must. That’s how.  And, on a separate but related note, the coaches were quite happy with the team recording a program best average on the Bangsbo and the Beep Test.
