Actively look for holes in your business plan training etc. 

-you have to actively look and be ready or anticipate things that could trip you up. (Reactive people don’t win) 

You will look obsessed 

Selective Urgency- you believe you can choose what they want to be urgent about but life doesn’t work like that. The things that you won’t look at don’t go away they will more than likely be the things that put you under. (Be active in plugging up problems or possible problems) 

Focus on your strengths will hold you back if you don’t give the weaknesses enough attention
