Suns out buns out ☀ Ring in any sunny weekend with these Carolina Style Meatless BBQ Sandwiches made with our Organic Hamburger Buns, portabella mushrooms, and a homemade slaw 🤤 ⁠

The secret is all in the sweet and spicy BBQ sauce for these delicious sandwiches, remember to save extra for future meals! ⁠

Ingredients:⁠
· 1 ½ c. distilled white vinegar⁠
· 1 T. sea salt⁠
· 2 T. sugar⁠
· 1 T. ground black pepper⁠
· 1 t. ground smoked paprika⁠
· 1 T. hot sauce (vinegar-based)⁠
· 1 T. ketchup⁠

Put everything in a non-reactive quart saucepan. Then, heat it on medium heat until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Use ¾ c. for the slaw and reserve the remaining for the mushroom BBQ. Enjoy!⁠
