An estimated 40,000 people attended Paralympic Day in the heart of Paris on Saturday. 15 Para sports, 160 French and international athletes. 

Event host michaeljeremiasz said: 

“I’m very very happy today. That’s what it’s going to look like at paris2024, some amazing places - the Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Chateau de Versailles, all those iconic places - thousands and thousands of supporters around the world to celebrate those amazing Paralympians and to understand there’s a life after being disabled, a happy life”.
