At SMF, we want to create a safe and welcoming environment for our students. We understand how important it is to keep our community informed on critical needs, including repairs to our aging infrastructure. As you can see, Highland Elementary is experiencing extensive water damage throughout the school. 

Built in 1939, Highland has served our students for many years, but is in desperate need of repairs. These repairs cost millions of dollars and are not due to poorly maintained building - merely the age of the building itself.
